WHAT JOBS DO GRADUATES PURSUE? WHERE CAN THEY WORK?

By obtaining a Master’s or Ph.D. in economics, graduates can pursue an academic career in economics departments. Employment in private enterprises in finance, production, foreign trade, and other departments. Engagement in freelance professions such as accounting, financial consultancy, and advisory roles. Opportunities to work in various institutions and non-governmental organizations such as municipalities, chambers of commerce, and stock exchanges. Roles in governmental organizations, banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges, and investment firms, including specialization, auditing, inspection, and managerial positions. Participation in administrative judge exams. Participation in district governor exams.

By achieving a sufficient score in the relevant KPSS:

Appointment possibilities in Presidential Boards such as; Board of Science, Technology, and Innovation Policies Board of Education and Training Policies Board of Economic Policies Board of Security and Foreign Policies Board of Legal Policies Board of Culture and Art Policies Board of Health and Food Policies Board of Social Policies Board of Local Government Policies Ministries, Central Bank, Ministry of Development, Ministry of Foreign Trade, SPK, BDDK,  TMSF, EPDK Borsa Istanbul  and other institutions, where graduates can work as economists, specialists, auditors, inspectors, etc.
